Refund Policy
Thank you for subscribing to Mailbox Melodies by Grape Jammers. Because Mailbox Melodies is a subscription-based product that includes physical media and printed materials, the following refund policy applies.
Subscription Billing
Mailbox Melodies is billed as a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing, you agree that your payment method will be charged automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. Subscription prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable sales tax depending on your location. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds for subscription charges that have already been processed. This includes:
- Monthly subscription payments
- Promotional subscription plans
- Orders that have already been prepared or shipped
Once a billing cycle has begun, that month’s subscription is considered active and is not refundable.
Gift Subscriptions
Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased. However, the Damaged or Missing Items policy below still applies to every gift order — if a gift recipient’s package arrives damaged or incomplete, we’ll gladly send a replacement.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your Mailbox Melodies package arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. When possible, we will send a replacement for the damaged or missing item. To request assistance, please include:
- Your name
- Order email
- Shipping address
- A photo of the damaged item (if applicable)
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal carriers. However, if your package appears lost, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
