Refund Policy
Thank you for subscribing to Mailbox Melodies. Because Mailbox Melodies is a subscription-based product that includes physical media and printed materials, the following refund policy applies.
Subscription Billing
Mailbox Melodies is available as a monthly plan or as a 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month plan. By joining, you agree that your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each term until you cancel. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable sales tax depending on your location. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. To cancel, send us a cancellation request from our manage subscription page or email hello@mailboxmelodies.net; we cancel within one business day and confirm by email. If you would rather not cancel, you can ask us to pause a monthly subscription for 1, 2 or 3 months instead — paused subscriptions are not charged, and we restart yours on the date you choose. If you cancel a 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month plan, you will still receive every month you have already paid for — your plan simply ends when the term is up.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds for subscription charges that have already been processed. This includes:
- Monthly subscription payments
- Promotional subscription plans
- Orders that have already been prepared or shipped
Once a billing cycle has begun, that term’s plan is considered active and is not refundable.
Gift Subscriptions
Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased. However, the Damaged or Missing Items policy below still applies to every gift order — if a gift recipient’s package arrives damaged or incomplete, we’ll gladly send a replacement.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your Mailbox Melodies package arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. When possible, we will send a replacement for the damaged or missing item. To request assistance, please include:
- Your name
- Order email
- Shipping address
- A photo of the damaged item (if applicable)
Mailing Dates and Delivery Times
Any date we give for an envelope (for example, “mails by October 15”) is the date we send it out, not a guaranteed delivery date. Envelopes travel by standard USPS mail, which typically takes 3–10 business days to arrive within the United States. International addresses and busy holiday periods can take longer. Delivery times are set by the postal service and are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal carriers. However, if your package appears lost, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This section explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect. When you subscribe or contact us, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, shipping address, and the details needed to fulfill your subscription. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card details on our servers.
How we use it. We use your information to process orders and payments, send your monthly mail, respond to your questions, and share important account or service updates. We may occasionally send news or offers about Mailbox Melodies — you can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run Mailbox Melodies (such as our payment processor and shipping carriers), as needed to deliver your subscription or where required by law.
Cookies. Our website may use cookies and similar tools to help the site function and to understand how visitors use it. We use Google Analytics for this, which sets cookies and collects anonymous usage data. We may also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our website, including mouse movements, clicks, scrolling and general page navigation. Text you type into forms is masked and is not captured. You can read more in Microsoft’s privacy statement at https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement. We also use the Meta Pixel (from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited our website. The pixel sets cookies and shares information with Meta such as the pages you visit and actions you take on our site, and, in hashed (scrambled) form, contact details you enter here, like your email address. You can read more in Meta’s privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy and manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Children’s privacy. Mailbox Melodies is purchased and managed by parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Your choices. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@mailboxmelodies.net.
Terms of Use
By using our website and subscribing to Mailbox Melodies, you agree to the following:
Your subscription. Mailbox Melodies is a recurring subscription. Monthly plans renew each month; 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans renew at the end of each term. Your payment method is charged until you cancel. You’re responsible for keeping your account and shipping details accurate and up to date.
Who owns it. Every song, recording, lyric, illustration, booklet, printable, and piece of artwork in Mailbox Melodies was written, recorded, or created by Chelsea Gregory and is owned by Grape Jammers Music LLC. It’s protected by copyright. Nothing you buy from us transfers ownership of the music or artwork to you — what you get is the right to use it, which is set out below.
What you can do. When you join, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use each volume with your own family, for as long as you like. That means you can:
- play the songs at home, in the car, on a walk, anywhere your family goes;
- copy the digital files onto your family’s own devices, phones, tablets, or a Yoto or Toniebox;
- use everything you receive within your own household, including for your own children’s homeschool learning.
What we ask you not to do. Please don’t:
- upload, post, email, text, or otherwise share the digital files with anyone outside your household, or put them on a file-sharing site, cloud drive, or messaging group;
- share your download link, QR code, or password — those are for your household only;
- make copies of the CD, booklet, or printables to give away or sell;
- sell, rent, license, or redistribute the recordings, artwork, or printables in any form;
- post a full song publicly — a clip of your child enjoying it is wonderful and welcome (please tag us!), but the whole track isn’t;
- build Mailbox Melodies into a product or service that you sell;
- change the songs or artwork, make new works from them, or remove our name or copyright notice;
- use any part of Mailbox Melodies to train an artificial intelligence system.
Using it with a group. Your license covers use within your own household. Use with children outside your household — including homeschool groups, co-ops, classrooms, and libraries — requires a separate license. Email hello@mailboxmelodies.net to arrange one.
Physical CDs and booklets. The CD, booklet, and anything else that arrives in your envelope are for your household to use and enjoy. Please don’t duplicate them.
Your access if you cancel. Everything you’ve already received is yours to keep and keep using — the CDs, the booklets, and any digital files you downloaded while subscribed. What ends is access to new volumes and to the subscriber download pages.
If this is broken. Sharing, copying, or reselling our music in breach of these terms terminates your license. We may also suspend or end your access to downloads, with or without a refund, and we reserve all legal remedies available to us. To report unauthorized use, email hello@mailboxmelodies.net.
Availability. We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee the website or service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Changes. We may update our products, pricing, or these terms over time. Pricing changes apply to future billing cycles, and we’ll notify subscribers in advance where required.
Reporting copyright infringement. Mailbox Melodies music, recordings, and artwork are protected by copyright. If you believe our work is being distributed without permission, or if you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, contact hello@mailboxmelodies.net with the location of the material and a description of the work. We respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Reviews and recommendations. The reviews and recommendations from educators and speech-language pathologists on our site are written by the people named. They were not paid or given anything in exchange, and each person gave us permission to share their words along with their name and title.

If you are in the EEA or UK, the following applies under the GDPR and UK GDPR.
Controller. Grape Jammers Music LLC, Napa, California. Contact: hello@mailboxmelodies.net.
Legal bases. We process your name, email and shipping address to perform our contract with you. We rely on legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention, website analytics and responding to enquiries. We rely on consent for marketing emails.
Children. Our checkout collects the first name of the child the subscription is for, provided by you, and used only to prepare and address their package. We collect no other information about your child and do not collect it from children directly.
International transfers. Your information is transferred to and processed in the United States. Our payment processor, Stripe, is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, and also incorporates the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
Recipients. Our payment processor processes payment data on our behalf, and separately as its own controller for fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering and regulatory compliance under its own privacy policy.
Retention. We retain subscription and contact details for the life of the subscription and a reasonable period after; payment and order records for the period required by tax, accounting and financial regulation; marketing contacts until you ask us to stop; correspondence for as long as needed to resolve it. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you.
Cookies. Our analytics is cookieless and does not track you across other websites. WordPress may set functional cookies for comments and logins, as described above.
Your rights. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. Email hello@mailboxmelodies.net. We respond within one month.
Complaints. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority in the EEA, or the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK.
Golden Ticket Giveaway — Official Rules
No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
Sponsor. The Golden Ticket Giveaway is sponsored by Mailbox Melodies (“Sponsor”). Contact: hello@mailboxmelodies.net.
Eligibility. Open to individuals 18 years of age or older. Entries on behalf of a child must be made by a parent or legal guardian. Sponsor’s employees and members of their immediate household are not eligible to win.
How to enter. Active Mailbox Melodies members are automatically entered once each calendar month at no additional cost. To enter without a purchase, mail a postcard or letter with your name, mailing address and email address to: Mailbox Melodies — Golden Ticket Entry, [mailing address coming soon]. Limit one mail-in entry per person per calendar month. Mail-in entries must be received by the last day of the month to be included in that month’s drawing.
Winner selection. One winner is drawn at random each calendar month from all eligible entries, member entries and mail-in entries combined. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prize. The monthly winner receives a special prize selected by Sponsor. Prizes have no cash value and are not transferable, and no substitutions are offered except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner notification. Winners are notified by email or by mail. If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days, Sponsor may draw an alternate winner.
General conditions. By entering, you accept these rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor may modify, suspend or end the giveaway at any time; changes will be posted on this page. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platform. By accepting a prize, the winner releases Sponsor from any liability arising from the giveaway or the prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
