Does the sample come with a CD?
It does not. The sample is the zine plus a download of seven songs. The CD comes with a membership, along with everything else that arrives each month.
Who is Ms. Chelsea?
Before starting Mailbox Melodies, Chelsea created Grape Jammers Music, a music education business in Napa, California, where she still teaches toddler music classes today. She has also taught preschool, is classically trained in voice, and has over 30 years of stage experience — including professional performances at Disneyland and SeaWorld. These days she writes and records the songs, draws the zines, and packs every envelope herself, and tries it all out on her own two little ones for inspiration.
Because she still teaches every week, every song is road-tested on a real room of that exact age before it ever ships.
What ages is it for?
Ages 0 to 6+. Every volume is written to work across that whole range, which is why there is no age version to choose.
When does it ship?
We send samples out in batches on the 1st and the 15th of each month, so yours goes out on whichever of those comes first after you order.
How do I use the $9.50 credit?
A little card comes in the envelope with a promo code printed on it. When you are ready to join, enter that code at checkout and $9.50 comes off your first payment. It works on a monthly membership or on any of the 3, 6 and 12-month bundles.
How long do I have to use the $9.50 credit?
As long as you like. There is no expiry date on it.
Do you ship the sample outside the US?
Not yet — the sample is US addresses only for now.
